I want to know which are the best missions to farm materials both for ghoul and quinque ones. 
I'm still a few levels away(3) to unlocking hard mode, but does it affect drops? Or what does it change exactly?

Ghoul team: Cochela - upper level
Investigators/CCG: 24th ward Dragon Area
Hard difficulty give Chunks (Purple color) instead of shards (blue color)

You can also gain both in PvP or Survival (but it random drops and the amount you get is based off of end match rank, for example: SSS Rank gives 10 per chunk)
