OVERVIEW
Medic can now apply more damage than before and keep the team alive with Med-kits
Low damage, but healing/reviving a Allie will give Boost in Attack and Defense
Heal an Allie when they are:

• Been grabbed by a Ghoul
  
• Binding Attack on a Ghoul
  
• Using Super Attack/Awaken State/Rampage
  

SLOT VARIANTS
Medkit refill can be swapped out for Initial Spawn Medkit +5

DISADVANTAGE
Slower healing (only 35% compared to Field-Medic's 70%)
Healing will be more difficult
Low/Default Damage

This build... needs testing upon the rate of successful ally healing, I guess.
It will be fantastic to make more variations if it succeeds healing allies many times with just one slot of time reduction.
