Strange but for mobile, this additional step is required unlike Desktop. Also I am very unsure if you use iOS because I don't have.

What you turned on about notification in this website is, software level of notification. But you won't get notification on your mobile if you blocked your Chrome to receive notification on hardware level. To turn that on, you need to go settings -> app -> Chrome to enable notification.

It's because Chrome (or other web browser) blocks notifications on your mobile. You need to turn on show notification in Android settings > app > chrome.

Tengo las notificaciones activadas en mi telefono... pero simplemente nunca se activan las notificaciones (Hablo de cuando me llegan) y por eso siempre tengo que visitar el sitio de escritorio
