This was announced a little while back now but I guess i'll pop it here anyway, in case some haven't seen it yet. The newest game in the Sword Art Online Series has been announced for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It has no official release date just yet. I would expect to see it alongside the second cour of the Sword Art Online Alicization anime so anywhere from October 2019 to April 2020 (although most likely the latter). [ali

It looks there is very high possibility that the new SAO:AL will have PvP, by just looking at previous games they released so far. However, it is not yet fully confirmed by Bandai Namco. We will need to check it and post in the website as soon as we get the news from them!

Unfortunately this game has been delayed until July 10th "in order to ensure the best possible launch conditions". It's sad to see but somewhat expected.
