Personally, I don't think Super Mecha Champions' combat system is much different from normal FPS games. However, the fact that the Gundam game is transformed to Battle Royale is a little new from the existing games, and each mecha has only 3 to 4 skills so that anyone can easily play it with the expandability of eSports in mind.
