Does this game allow preamde party in a place where soloq is also allowed?

Does this game allow a preamde party in the place where soloq & yoloq is allowed? either between 2vs2 or 4vs4 gamemodes.
I am new to the game so no idea.

Better response on post RE: Does <span class="highlight" style="padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px;">this</span> game allow preamde party in a place where soloq is also allowed?You can solo queue into 4v4 or 2v2 and generally it will try and match you against other solo queuers for both modes, however, if it can't find any it will default to searching for premades as well.

So I can avoid going against premade by selecting no when it prompts me if I want to broaden matchmaking or not...
