No, though I do recommend reading the manga over watching the anime. Especially since the second season of Tokyo Ghoul:re has terrible pacing. Ah, and the second season of Tokyo Ghoul isnt cannon to the original story so there's no point in watching its since it doesn't lead up to :re.
