Do I think if Blue Protocol would be releasing on PlayStation, or any other consoles? Yes I do.
Here is the rationale.
Just look at this UI, truly simple. This is a UI design that seems to be aimed at console release sometime in the future.
If they only aim at PCs, in general PC MMOs, a huge number of buttons and the like would have to be visible in the UI. For example, in my case, when I was playing MMORPG a long time ago on PC, I used F1~F12 buttons, 1~0 buttons, tons of buttons near the WSAD button, combo buttons such as ctrl+d and shift+space, and even used pro gaming mouse which has 6 or more buttons. I was trying hard on micro-controlling my character by mapping numerous buttons on the keyboard and mouse. This essentially means that if the game is meant to be released on PC only, it then should show all the information about skills mapped to many buttons on the screen (e.g. cooldown time of skills).
As you can see on the Blue Protocol screen, it's simple with no such thing, very clean UI. Thus, it can be said that this UI design was aimed at releasing on consoles, and I think it is possible to be released on the console if the spec is about PS5, but definitely not PS4.
However, as you can see if you look at Tera or BDO, porting a PC MMORPG to a console requires a lot of cost and technology background. Basically, Blue Protocol is an anime game that will be generally less popular than regular MMORPG (I don't want to say this but still anime gaming is not really popular yet), so if it would be ever released on console, there is a high probability that it will only be released on one of the most popular console systems only. It's probably either the PS5 or the Xbox Series, I think.
I'd like to discuss this anytime. I would appreciate it if you could reply anything below.
Thank you~
