Does this game allow a preamde party in the place where soloq & yoloq is allowed? either between 2vs2 or 4vs4 gamemodes.

You can solo queue into 4v4 or 2v2 and generally it will try and match you against other solo queuers for both modes, however, if it can't find any it will default to searching for premades as well.
