Guilty Gear Strive, is the current darling of the Esports fighting game scene and one of if not the highest-rated game in the series. A series that arose from relative obscurity to the annals of fighting game history. Despite being released in 2021 the game still holds mainstream media's attention with major season updates and the most recent one is season 3 which was unveiled at EVO 2023 with the character reveal of Johnny. But now fans are speculating which characters will be chosen by Arcs System Works to be added to the season pass. While these speculations are always fun to watch play out, it is important that we keep in mind that each season beforehand has had a set theme to it and Arcs System Works seem to be following this trend for the current season as well. So keeping that in mind we have made a list of the most likely characters to be included this time in the pass, and they are the following.
- Slayer
Let us get the most obvious and basically confirmed character out of the way. Before the release of season 3, we had gotten 2 leaks that Jhonny and Slayer would become playable in the upcoming season, and with Jhonny being the poster child of the current season we can easily mark Slayers as being an obvious pick. And why not as the immortal vampire has been a fan favorite since the early days of the XX and Xrd and fans can't wait to see how the devs will update his kit for the new game.
- Dizzy

Next we have one of the most beloved characters in the entire series and one whose absence in the main roaster caused a lot of stir in the initial days of the game's release. Dizzy is one of the first-ever gears in the series to have been shown to be more human than machine and she also happens to be the daughter of Justice and the mother of the lovable Sin. Her inclusion will not only hype up friends but will also bring back some old players who still haven’t made the shift.
- Zappa

Figure 3. Guilty Gear Stive Zappa
One of the most requested characters by fans, according to the lore of Strive Zappa has recovered from the possession of the spirits which were the catalyst of XX and Xrd respectively. This means that we might get to see the real Zappa for the first time ever in the series.
- Robo-Ky
A character that needs no introduction to fans as his death in the previous game was the most emotional point of the game. As he gave his life to stop Bedman from achieving his goals of world domination, and while he is a copy of the original King he has learned to grow and be a separate person from his original.
- Daryl
One of the only Kings other than Ky and Leo that hasn’t gotten any playable role in any game in the series and with the closing of Sol Bad Guys arc we might see him finally enter the center stage and set into motion plans years in the making.
- Justice

Figure 4. Guilty Gear Stive Justice
Okay hear me out, I know it might be weird if we got the character responsible for everything bad in the series, but since we have finally got “That Guy” and Happy Chaos as playable characters it would only make sense that we get Justice the original evil gear to finish the trifecta of evil characters.
To end it, let me just state that all of these are just mere predictions that we have made from insight gathered from the previous 2 seasons and that the actual release of characters is in the hands of the developers over at Arcs System Works all we can do is wait and see what the future hold.
