Introduction
This is a female Saiyan basline build. What that means is that it provides a baseline to follow when leveling this character. Lets start with the race and gender were using for this build, which is the female Saiyan. They have the highest ki blast damage multiplier and decently high strike damage multiplier. They also posses the highest damage multiplier on charged Ki Blasts, along with a 7.5% damage boost when under 25% health, and an additional 7.5% damage boost after being revived. This race and gender do also come with weaknesses, they have low health, standing right below their male counterparts and above female majins and Freeza race. Being the opposite of the male Saiyans in terms of ki and physical attacks, female Saiyans may have the highest damage multiplier on charged Ki Blasts but they have the lowest basic attack damage. The main benefit of playing a Saiyan is that you have access to most of the transformations in the game and have the most amount of exclusive race transformations. This gives them access to high damage multipliers from super saiyan forms and naturally high super damage modifiers, letting them do a large amount of damage. This build is simple, put points into health, basic attack and  ki blast supers so that your weaknesses are covered and you boost your already high ki blast damage. As you probably guessed you will mainly be using your basic attacks to set up your combo into powerful ki blast moves.



Equipment & Stats
Our equipment and stats for this build are meant to mitigate the effects of our weaknesses, while boosting our strengths. It's for that reason that we will be using  QQ Bang that boosts health, stamina and ki by the max of 5 but also boost basic attack and ki blast supers. We need as much health as we can get to make up for the low health we have at base, we need decent stamina so that we can teleport, dash and block a lot since we wont have a lot of health. We need to have a decent amount of ki as we were not using "Meditation" in this build and need to have enough to still have use of our ultimates even after using other moves and to reach the ki requierment for our transformation. Basic attack and ki blast supers can only be boosted a small bit by our equipment since we have other stats that take priority, but we willl be maxing them out in our stat point selection. If you dont have a QQ Bang like this, just use gear that primarily boost those stats. Now for the super soul we will be using, which will be "I'll use all my strength to kill you" which gives us auto ki recovery and boost our basic attack damage when our ki is at max. the limit burst ability increases our attack power and increases our ki recovery speed. This super soul will allow us to keep our powerful transformation, nulifying its weakness. It also gives us the power ki blast, ki blast type which is a good charged blast to have as its damage is decent and its fast.
 


Now for our stats. At level 99 you want to have 84 in max health, 42 in max stamina, 124 in basic attack and 125 in ki blast supers. The reason for this is that 42 in stamina is enough for a extra stamina bar, which will be useful. 125 in ki ensures that we do near max damage with our skills, 124 in basic attacks mean we have made the weak base attack stat we start with way better, making it pretty high now. lastly we want as much health as we can get as it will help us to make up for our low base health. We dont need to invest in max ki as our QQ Bang boosted it by the amount we need and our ki is constantly recovering due to our super soul. And we wont invest in strike supers as were not using any in this build. (The example image i show you wont be in the exact stats i described as this character is only level 92, when i max it out to 99 i will update the image.)



Skills
The skills we will be using are simple. For our supers were using "God Of Destruction's Anger" for its decent damage, long range and instant stamina break which lets us combo or escape from our opponent. Our next super is "Death Slash" which is a quick energy slash that knocks opponents back and opens them for combos. Super number three is "Divinity Unleashed" which charges our ki and also gives us a buff that increases ki gained from all sources which boost our auto ki recovery from our super soul. The last super is "Gravity Impact" which fires a quick blast that blast enemies away and keep them locked in falling for a good while, long enough to to charge up ultimates even if they have a long charge time. We will be using "Perfect Kamehameha" as its easy to combo into, is long ranged and has some of the highest damage in the game, you can use this from any position as it has great tracking. Our secound ultimate is "x100 Big Bang Kamehameha" which does the catastrophic amount of damage and if you turn of lock-on you can sweep from side to side as you fire, its best to position yourself  at the the same elavation/height as your opponent as its hard to aim it down or up if they are far away. We will be using the "Energy Feild" evasive as it blocks all attacks even ultimates and can be kept up for as long as you want if you have the ki for it, and our auto ki recovery, recovers ki even when using it so we can keep it up for a good while and wait out most attacks. Our transformation skill will be "Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Evolved)", as it is one of if not the best Saiyan transformation in terms of damage. Much like regular "Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan"  this transformation greatly reduces Ki gain from attacking or receiving damage and the user's Ki is gradually drained, but at a much faster rate in the evolved form. This form gives a 35% increase to all damage which is 10% more than regular ssgss, an 18% decrease to Ki recovery which is 8% more than regualar ssgss, as well as a 10% increase to damage resistance which is 5% more than regular ssgss. Our super soul's auto ki recovery in combination with the buff to ki gained from "Divinity unleashed" practically negates the ki drain of this form, removing its one weakness. With its weakness gone we are left with a form that boost our already high attack and gives us a needed boost in defense.



Conclusion
This marks the end of the build. You have multiple ways to string together devastating combos and you have most of your bases covered, a truly powerful build for any situation.
