Starting with Dragon Ball FighterZ, this classic 2.5D action fighting game of the age-old iconic franchise was trumped by Solary Yasha, and that, too, while being UNDEFEATED!
To begin with, there were 118 players to start this DB FighterZ Singles tournament. Solary went through 7 consecutive wins, utterly annihilating the opponents in a clean nifty streak, one after the other. Even Kasuga, who was the runner-up of this DB FighterZ Singles tournament, lost his 2 rounds to Solary Yahsa. Kasuga played a total of 10 matches and went on to bag the second position. Kanya came in third, winning 5 rounds and losing 2, one to Solary and one to Kasuga.
As such, Solary left the site with a 1290-Pound cash prize. Kasuga received 630 Pounds while Kanya got 300 Pounds.

Next on the list comes Guilty Gear Strive, or GGST for short. Like Dragon Ball FighterZ, GGST is also a 2.5D action fighting game and is best known for both its diverse category of fighters and epic cinematics.
Since it is a much more recent franchise than Dragon Ball, Guilty Gear Strive is more popular among contemporary players. 245 players took part in the GGST Singles tournament. Of these players, Solo Veriz came out top, winning 9 matches and losing 1 to Tiger Pop who came second. While Veriz lost 1 to Tiger Pop, Tiger Pop lost 2 matches to Solo Veriz and hence came second. He played a total of 9 matches. Jason Thomas concluded the top 3 winners, winning 7 matches and losing 2, one to Veriz and the other to Tiger Pop.
The cash prizes per position were the same as with DB FighterZ. Veriz left with 1290 Pounds, Tiger Pop with 630 Pounds, and Jason with 300 Pounds.

Where DB FighterZ and GGST bask in global popularity, BlazBlue Central Fiction has more of a limited but dedicated fanbase. It is a 2D action fighting game and showcases some of the best fighting mechanics of a game for the genre.
As such, the BlazBlue Central Fiction Singles tournament was played by 39 players at the Ultimate Fighting Arena 2023 event. Lazzat Heyheylo topped the charts with 7 wins and 1 loss. Lazzat lost this match to Turnique CCQ, who came second, with 5 wins and 2 losses. As you may have guessed, Turnique lost these to Lazzat. Finally, BBEUO MorphRed came third.
Because of limited players, cash prizes were also somewhat low, with Lazzat receiving 233 Pounds, Turnique 116 Pounds, and BBEUO a mere 38 Pounds.

Last but not least is Melty Blood Type Lumina. This 2D action fighting game shares a similar fate to BlazBlue Central Fiction. Therefore, its Single tournament matches were played by a mere number of 36 but highly skilled players.
teapS seemingly trumped without breaking a sweat. With 6 wins and 0 losses, teapS crushed all his opponents to bag the 216-Pound cash prize. The runner-up, Caleryth, received the 108 Pound cash prize with 6 wins and 2 losses. VDV King Rasta came in third with 4 wins and 2 losses to grab the 36-Pound cash prize.
