The most common reason why online games are toxic is that some people want to relieve stress from the real world in the virtual world, so the natural of being human is that there are people who can relieve stress by acting toxic sometimes (mostly trolling).

In fact, there are many such people in real life. It does not necessarily for cases of online games only as the games are always played by real humans.

No, there is no right answer.

In any online game, you'll encounter somehow toxic players, more or less. I've seen many different people doing many different things to be toxic on purpose, such as teabagging, swearing, etc.

If so, is there no solution?
There is a partial solution. You just enjoy playing games with a relatively less toxic class of people. And it's anime games.

Of course, there are players who shout or swear in anime games as well, but compared to non-anime games, the probability of such players in anime games is far less than non-anime games. Even if it was Anime PvP Games, but not Anime PvE Co-op Games, there were very, very few or you just can't even see.
