[PvE] My Greatest Build Yet! (PVE And PVP)

Intro: Hello everyone as you can see I'm back from my hiatus with another guide. After my long break from the game due to me not having anything to do, I decided to hop on and see if I can make a build that will give me something fun to do, and that's when it happened. I was running some more calculations on the defense stat and heres what I found one point in vit is 8 defense, one in agi is 12 and one in luc is 4. Armor form 4 gives 2500 defense and the defense cap is 9600 so heres how the process went (9600-2500=7100)-((255x8=2040)+(255x12=3060))=2000 (2000/4=500) then i added the values of the accessories i wanted to use as well as subtracting the base stats so the equation became (9600-2500=7100)-((254x8=2032)+(254x12=3048)+(32x8=256)+(32x12=384))=1380 (1380/4=345) after applying the base vit and agi stats this equation can then become this 9600-((318x8)+(318x12)+2500)=740 then you minus 100 for base defense leaving 640 then divide by 4 for the luc stat you need giving 160 then add one for the base luc so to reach the defense cap you'll need (319 vit, 319 agi, 161 luc, and armor form 4) you'll have a base defense of 7100 and reach the cap of 9600 after using armor form the accessories used both give +32.00% max hp and both give +150% hp recovery meaning that all together you'll have the cap defense 21877 health and get 300% increased healing this is just the tip of the iceberg and now that i think about i'll call this the "Regenerating Steelwall Build". [This image is blocked to guests or users who haven't unlocked.] Stats: As said in the intro without accessories right off the bat put 255 points into agi and vit for the health and defense then 161 points into luc for the defense but after this put 193 points into int you need this for healing field shot,viral shot, and all your gadgets now for the fun part in my previous tank builds that i showed you we never had enough str and dex for the over powered weapons like the ones shown in my dps builds but now we do so put 127 points in str for the requierments for the weapon ill be using then as much dex as possible you'll only get to 200 dex leaving you with just enough cp to put one more point in str leaving you with (128 str)(255 vit)(193 int)(255 agi)(200 dex)(161 luc) without accessories (128 str)(319 vit)(193 int)(319 agi)(200 dex)(161 luc) with accessories [This image is blocked to guests or users who haven't unlocked.] Weapons:
