Hi, in order to increase a chance to dodge incoming dual orbital in PvP, you can simply jump then use UFG. This trick let you stay a bit in the air so anyone using dual orbit on the ground will pass under your body. However if they also jump then use dual orbital, you will get hit.

It will definitely not be releasing in 2021. Although the official website of Project GAMM says that the Release Date is TBA, however, its release date would likely be around late 2022 or early 2023. Also, I'm guessing it'll be released on about the similar date in Japan and North America. The rationale is as follows:

I Really Wanna know if you guys will be able to play on the PC or if it will just stay ps4 Since we made an esports Team. I Just hope that me and my team didnt join for nothing, we wanna meet new people and know how good they play hero pvp since we are experienced as well. Since now its on Sale in Steam until the 8 July.
