Do you think changing some slots would make minor results that can be ignored? Personally I don't think so. Because many times I have experienced significant changes in my winrate by more than 10% by changing only few slots of module/tech/etc.
Looking at simple tier list of mechas that are separated by several divisions such as S+, S, A, etc may be inaccurate and inadequate. All of those listed above such as module, tech solts, etc must be taken into account. The worst mecha in any tier list may outperform the best mecha in that tier list if it is run with correct build and strategy. You may want to compare the overall builds that come with strategy on how to utilize them.
