Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet



The PvP content part is provided for free as a demo version, and even in the free version, you can use more than 10+ characters available in PvP, and you can enjoy PvP with paid players as well, so it is literally free when it comes to PvP. In PvP, more than 30 PvP playable characters are provided, and up to 8 players can play together at the same time. Types of PvP match includse Team Deathmatch, Free For All, and Boss Battle (a game type that a team with more damage to boss wins).

Caravan Stories



It's completely free though. Only 1vs1 is supported as a PvP game mode. It is a card gacha game.

Phantasy Star Online 2 (Japanese version only)



Since there is not English version of PSO2 in PS4 & PS5, you will need a Japanese account to play the game out. There is team deathmatch PvP, however, but that one. But there are quite people anyways. For this non-English reason I recommend PC or Xbox version because they have English version.
