As such, among the rare gems of sports games, Omega Strikers is one such title that has made it into the competitive realm of video games. Although at a lower scale, many leagues and organizations now hold frequent tournaments of the game, and “From The Ashes” is one such example.

Speaking of which, “From The Ashes” is an upcoming offline game tournament and is scheduled to take place in one month’s time as of writing. In this article, we provide you with everything you need to know about Omega Striker’s From The Ashes offline event.

About Omega Strikers

Omega Strikers is a top-notch 3V3 “footbrawler” game that was developed by Odyssey Interactive in 2023. Notably, this footbrawler game is one of the very few of its kind in the sports realm.

In that, the game features short but fast-paced 3V3 titles. There are currently 15+ different strikers in the game, and each boasts a unique set of abilities to bring in strategic gameplay. Normally, in any game match, you team up with 2 other online players and compete against 3 other players on the opposing team.

Because Omega Strikers brought something new to the table, it was quick to garner attention, rose to fame, and, subsequently, became the perfect candidate for an eSport game.

Omega Strikers’ From The Ashes is an offline game tournament event that is scheduled to take place in Level Up Gaming lounge located in Tempe, Arizona, USA.

For those unaware, this location is a dedicated gaming lounge and internet café site in Tempe that offers a unique gaming experience and has garnered positive reviews over time from visitors. It's known for its high-end gaming computers and friendly atmosphere, making it a favorite spot for gaming enthusiasts in the area.

Venue, Organizers, and Event Date

As such, the From The Ashes event will be hosted here by Brickbat and BestieInSlot from February 27th to February 28th this 2024.

Both Brickbat and BestieInSlot are just some local organizers which are backed by the lively community of Omega Strikers.

Game Format and Matches

As of writing, Omega Strikers’ From The Ashes event will follow a Best of 3 Double Elimination game format. However, it is worth emphasizing that this is not final yet. Depending on the total signups, the game format is bound to change as indicated on the official Start.gg site.

The game matches will be played in the following maps: Night Market, Oni Village, Atlas’s Lab, Demon Dais, Gates of Obscura, Clarion Test Chamber, and Ai.Mi’s App. There will be a map-banning system right before any game match begins. A coin flip will be used to determine who goes first.

For a BO3 format, the following procedure will be followed:
● Team A bans 1
● Team B bans 1
● Team A picks a map for game 1
● Team B picks a map for game 2
● Team A bans 1
● Team B bans 1
● Game 3 is played on the remaining map

In case BO3 format changes to BO1 format, then the following procedure will be followed:
● Team A bans 1
● Team B bans 2
● Team A bans 2
● Team B bans 1
● The match is played on the remaining map

How To Register for From The Ashes Event?

To register yourself in the list of participating Omega Striker teams for the From The Ashes event, just head over to the official Start.gg registration site for the game. 

All you need to provide is either your team or sponsor name as well as your gamer tag. Also, know that there is a small $30 entry fee that you would need to pay.

While there definitely be a handsome prize pool, it has not been announced yet.

The last date to register yourself is February 18th. After that, everything will be finalized and the only thing you can do is watch From The Ashes livestream at twitch.tv/bestieinslot.
