At this point, I think the most important thing is that you want to surround yourself with people who are interested in making anime esports if your main interest is making anime esports.

I think making anime esports is not only about playing anime games with others or playing very well in anime games, but more importantly be with a group of people interested in such idea. 

Playing games, making videos, etc are just a component which makes those games active, but that certainly doesn't make anime esports because a type of people interested in such games but no interests in making anime esports things can also do such things, just like a random gamer plays a random game then makes a review upon that random game on Youtube.

So from now on I will more focus on surrounding myself with those are actually interested in making anime esports lol

Anyways making some anime games isn't a level of things that this small community make. it's more likely a game's dev's job. We just gather together here, show our interests upon anime esports by discussing or playing games together, etc that are literally anything related to anime games including discussion/sharing ideas but not just gaming. And that's maybe how to surround us with people with similar interests.
