As you see, this is a shooter game. Basically the motivation of this game is anime girl + gun. I remember there was a trend in anime gaming industry long time ago about anime girl + girl = perfect. And that probably motivates this game and Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash and even more, Hentai Arena | Battle Royale. This is one of the most kawaii anime games on PS4. Make sure this is 100% single-player game without coop or PvP. This is very cute kawaii game, even the scene or action made by animation of each of your targets.

Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online (PC, PS4)


This is cute memory game is absolutely well known Japanese top kawaii game. I think character designs of this game are very cute along with Gal*Gun. I think it's one of the best games to spend time comfortably without getting stressed out. This is Action RPG game with co-op feature. You can also change costumes and hair styles of characters. There is no PvP.

Love Live! School Idol Festival (Mobile, PS4)


It is a free and rhythm anime game with basic characters and songs, and if you want additional contents, you make additional purchases for the contents you want. The character design is very cute, each character can be customized, and it is a game with a lot of very cute elements. The songs are also very good! This one is a single-player game. Probably you already know, this anime kawaii game has its own anime which is highly popular.

Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash (PC, PS4)


Character designs of PBS may be little less kawaii than anime games above since the game targets adults mainly, but they do have kawaii characters and, in terms of gameplay, there are many features that will make you think game is very kawaii in many moments. The game provides you many ways to customize outfits, hairs and so on with more customization selection & features than Goddess Online. The game provides you both co-op and PvP. For PvP Game Mode, it  involves lots of different types such as team deathmatch, capture the flag, capture the area, etc. The game is based on Japanese culture around shinobi students performing ninja arts. This game is about the side story of the original game series. This anime kawaii game also has its own anime to watch.

Kandagawa Jet Girls (PC, PS4)


Not all characters in this game are specialized in kawaii-ness, but some characters, like Pan Tsui, specialize in kawaii-ness. The characteristic of this game is that it is rich in customizing functions, so you can decorate your character with hairstyles and accessories in a very diverse way. It's a racing game, and it supports co-op and multiplayer. This is probably one of the best anime racing games as of time writing this (Oct 2021). Lots of mini - game are also supported like cleaning, running and so on. The game is tactical speed game because you will need to customize your jet ski in order to run well in various map types. It is also vertical jumping game since there are many jumping foothold that will take you to the next section of the area. This anime kawaii game has its own anime if you would like to watch.

I definitely don't think it is the kawaii game that you look for, but anyways, since we don't know which kawaii game you are looking for, so we introduce this. The characteristic of this game is that female girl remains to be kawaii but turn into demon looking (as opposed to kawaii) whenever she attacks. Well even gameplay isn't kawaii I guess, lol. But I think that's the point what its developer aimed.
