This game is very beautiful, characters, scenes, graphics, music, etc. Almost everything in this game are beautiful.
However, we will look into this game more from the perspective as PvP gamer. Let's dive into it.
1. Graphic is very good, while the game runs pretty fast during livestreaming (I use $1000 budget gaming PC bought around November 2021). This game has 2nd best graphic quality among all anime games by August 2022, probably Code Vein is the 1st. But assume this is massively online multiplayer game, which requires much more resources than Code Vein.
2. Combat is little spammy. You will see some teleporting attacks, ranged wide area attacking skills, etc. But I think it's acceptable level as it's not like always. It's more than Fatal Bullet but less than Fate/EXTELLA link. More problem I feel that combat sometimes feels somewhat cheap and light (not much depth), especially because of cheap sounds and UI with just one skill per weapon, and therefore it happens to be frequent weapon swapping to just immediately use any available skill in which its CD is finished. I hope there would be better reason to swap weapons other than simple reason like "just to use skill that is available right now". Lastly, I am unsure of combo design that combo can be continued by switching weapon without performing elite skill because I haven't tested it yet and it also requires PvP to test if it can be really continuous combo when serious.
3. Story and scenes looks fine. It did not make me too bored. (I usually play visual novel if i ever want to experience good story anyways, so this isn't my main focus).
4. I liked it's gacha system, almost as good as Super Mecha Champion's. Some people claims P2W (pay-to-win) or gacha system, but I wouldn't mind too much on spending some money for gachas in anime games as a fan of anime games. However, I dislike P2W in PvP.
Summary:
Strongly recommended to those who enjoyed Genshin Impact and always wanted to pvp casually, which isn't possible in Genshin Impact.
For strict and pro PvPer, I don't think this is the right game for you as of August 2022, as this is just not pvp game.
Check this lol if you played Genshin before:
