How Anime PvP Games Will Make Their Esports League

#1
Competitive gameplay, lucrative cash prizes, and the overall fun in speculation on who will win draw people in large numbers to esports gaming championship tournaments.
Anime PvP games like My Hero One's Justice, Code: Closers, Naruto Shippuden, and Eternal Returns, despite providing the same engaging, fun, and competitive gameplay, however, they do not get the same attention as their non-anime counterparts.

Non-anime esports titles, such as PUGB and StarCraft 2, are immensely popular in esports tournaments. Anime PvP games, on the other hand, also hold the same potential but sadly it still remains largely untapped.

Let us take a look at how Anime PvP games can make their own esports league.

Understand that Anime PvP Games are not for kids only.

Anime, since its very inception, has been largely branded as “made for kids” material. The same holds true for anime PvP games. This is one of the top reasons that esports gamers stay away from them.

By letting them know that the anime PvP games, like Naruto Shippuden and Eternal Returns, provide the same competitive and fun gameplay as Fortnite and LOL, anime game developers can alter this prejudice.

Moreover, there is a large active anime fan community that is waiting for their favorite anime PvP titles to break out as esports. Utilizing this potential, esports organizers, like ESL ONE and The International, can profit way beyond what they are earning right now, hence paving the way for anime esports leagues.

Set lucrative prizes for Anime PvP titles

Few anime PvP games, such as Dragon Ball FighterZ, have managed to make it to esports tournaments. However, the cash grab for winners, in no way, compares anywhere near to what is set for non-anime games like StarCraft 2 and DOTA 2.

Let’s be honest here, esports tournaments are driven by pro players who determine the momentum that engages the audience. There are lucrative cash prizes at stake that drive players to give in their best shot and thus, entertain their audience.

Raising the bar for top cash prizes will definitely help lure pro gamers into trying out the anime PvP games and thus, forming anime esports leagues.

Anime PvP Games are also competitive, fun, and engaging to watch

Following the prejudice that anime games are for kids, esports gamers as well as the gaming community largely stay away from them. Anime game developers need to show how their gameplays are capable of delivering equally amazing, fun, and competitive gameplays similar to the likes of Fortnite and the King of Fighters series.

Although anime games do deliver competitive and challenging gameplay, however, people are not aware of it. And this now brings us to our next point.

Advertise the anime PvP games like their counterparts

There is an age-old saying: No matter how good the product is, it will not become popular if people do not know about it. Anime game developers do not advertise their games as much as their counterparts.

Anime developers can reach out to bloggers and websites for sponsorships of their anime PvP games. Websites having high traffic will help ensure that people get to know about these games and try them out at least once.

Who knows that the next anime esports league may emerge from here?

I personally know a local gaming PUBG team that started playing the game because they were seeing its ads all over major internet sites. They tried it out, found it fun, assembled a team, and now they compete and win local tournaments for cash prizes.

Anime PvP Games are suitable for everyone

Moreover, non-anime games or semi-anime games, such as Tekken and King of Fighters, often prove disturbing and gory to sensitive audiences due to their realistic graphics. Consequently, this proves unpopular with some people and they opt to quit esports tournaments.

Anime PvP games, on the other hand, provide the just solution to this. No matter how hard or competitive the gameplay gets, it always remains fun to watch without becoming disturbing to watch for sensitive people. This is mainly due to their soft graphics that remain a bit far from reality, potentially attracting sensitive people to esports tournaments who, otherwise, would have stayed away.

More people mean more profit for esports tournament organizers, and more profit means higher cash prizes, and hence, higher cash prizes lead to the establishment of anime esports leagues.
